Juliane Zapalac

Mrs. Juliane Zapalac is a locally grown and locally practicing physician assistant with more than 10 years of experience in family medicine/internal medicine serving Bay City and surrounding areas.  She strongly advocates patient education and responsibility, and firmly believes every patient should be treated like family.

Her roots begin in Markham, Texas and are still planted in this community and school district.  She is a proud 2001 graduate and valedictorian of Tidehaven High School, who then furthered her education at Sam Houston State University, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2005.  From there, Juliane pursued her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Allied Health in Midland, Texas.  She resided there for 27 months and not a day longer.  (Anyone that’s been to Midland will know why…)

After graduating summa cum laude and returning to her roots to provide healthcare to her beloved community, Juliane married in 2009 the only person to drive her crazy, both figuratively and literally, from 1st grade at Markham Elementary through both, Tidehaven High and Sam Houston State, Mr. Aaron Garcia.  In 2015, they were blessed with rambunctious twin boys, Zane and Zander, and have since unsuccessfully tried to catch up on rest.

Aside from her 2 full time jobs of Mom and PA, Juliane enjoys attending Tidehaven and Sam Houston sporting events, rocking out at concerts, participating in Tough Mudders, reeling in reds, and of course playing superheroes.

Andrea Saha, FNP-C

Andi received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University in 2013. During her time there, she also enjoyed playing collegiate soccer as an ECU Tiger. After graduation from the nursing program at ECU, she moved back to her hometown of Dallas where she gained seven years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

While working in the Medical ICU at Baylor University Medical Center for three years, she treated critically ill patients with many diagnoses who were on ventilators and dialysis. She then worked in the Cardiac ICU at Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital for four years caring for patients after suffering various ailments such as heart attacks, abnormal heart rhythms, and other vascular problems.

While working at Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital, Andi received her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University in Dallas in 2020 with her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

During this time, she also enjoyed volunteering at her church's clinic, Watermark Urgent Care, where she was able to provide patients with top-quality physical care and also had the privilege to discuss with them their faith beliefs. Through Watermark Urgent Care, Andi visited Haiti on a medical mission trip which will always be some of her fondest memories.

After graduation from TWU, she and her husband, Mark Saha, moved back to his hometown of El Maton, TX. They have since been blessed with their son, Lane. Andi had to do a little adjusting from the “city life” in Dallas to the “country life” in El Maton, but she has fully adjusted and would not want to live anywhere else. She thoroughly enjoys every sort of outdoor activity, spending time with family, and being involved in a weekly women's bible study. She is very excited to be serving the community of Bay City.

While she would rather meet you in a more casual setting, she looks forward to providing you with the best medical care possible.
