It has always been my mission to provide the best care to my patients by promoting health prevention and wellness across each lifespan.

Over the years, I find more men and women suffering from exhaustion, stress, brain fog, weight gain, sleep disturbances, hot flashes, and low sex drive. This may be due to chronic illness, stress,  nutrient deficiency, endocrine/metabolic disorders, or hormone imbalances.

For women hormones can start to decline as early at age 30. Typically, this is referred to as "perimenopause" or "pre-menopause".  Some of these symptoms include, moodiness/irritability, lack of a full night's rest, and lack of vaginal moisture. Any of these symptoms may be an indicator that your body is not creating enough estrogen or testosterone to maintain a proper balance.

HRT has been a benefit to many women in the treatment of postmenopausal symptoms and comorbid complications.  Recent studies have shown that HRT, reduces osteoporosis,  cardiovascular complications, colon cancer, breast cancer, depression, and the development of Alzheimer’s or dementia.  We also have tailored  treatment for breast cancer survivors.

As men age, their testosterone levels begin to decline, especially if they are exercising 2-3 times a week. Some may lose them sooner than others due to genetics, andropause or chronic disease. Low

testosterone has been accompanied with erectile dysfunction,  poor sleep, irritability, depressive mood, lower muscle mass and reduced sex drive, and insulin resistance.

In problem solving, I approach each patient by focusing on their physical, mental, and emotional health, while taking their past medical history into consideration. This process starts with a focused.

H&P and a blood test included with your assessment. Labs are reviewed. and consulted with you to discover your current hormone levels, nutrient deficiencies and any disorders or diseases.  My commitment is Throughout your journey I will educate and support patients to improve and maintain their overall health and wellbeing.
